Bio
Ghadeer is a seasoned educational consultant with 30+ years of experience in curriculum development, teacher training, and system reform. She has led Arabic language platform development at Little Thinking Minds, held senior roles within the IB Organization since 2009, and shaped program standards at QRTA. Her work spans partnerships with UNICEF, ADEK, and Jordan’s Ministry of Education. She holds a PhD in Educational Philosophy.
