Applying the Core Concepts of Universal Design for Learning

Apply the core concepts of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to create more inclusive, learner-centered environments. Participants will deepen their understanding of learner variability, barriers in design, and the role of access and agency in learning. Through practical examples, attendees will identify barriers, design flexible options for engagement, representation, and action and expression, and leave with actionable design options to strengthen equitable learning experiences for learners.
